Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is hiring an AI Research Scientist to conduct foundational research on LLM and Agentic AI, tackling both academic and industrial challenges. In this role, you will collaborate with an international team to develop Bosch's in-house AI innovations for integration into our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research on LLM and Agentic AI to address academic and industrial challenges.
- Work with an international team to develop Bosch's in-house LLM and Agentic AI solutions for various AI products and services.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and market trends by attending academic conferences and technical events.
- Offer expert insights to the management team to aid in strategic planning, R&D trajectory, and investment decisions.
- Document and disseminate research findings through high-caliber publications and/or patent submissions.
What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of post-graduation industry experience in LLM and NLP.
- 2+ years of research or equivalent graduate research experience on LLMs, including model post-training, prompting, agentic RAG, and AI agent optimization.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or C++ and hands-on experience with AI/NLP libraries.
- Publication records in top venues including ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, AAAI, ICML, ICLR.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork capabilities.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience in industrial research.
- Hands-on experience in product development in the mentioned areas for consumer or enterprise markets.
- Experience leading R&D projects and teams dealing with international customers.
- Leadership skills with excellent English communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Mode
