We are looking for a motivated graduate to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI-driven systems in cloud or hybrid environments. You will play a crucial role in implementing solutions that leverage large language models and advanced AI techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs such as GPT and Transformer models.
- Implement solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance contextual responses.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
- Use Python and ML frameworks for both prototyping and production.
- Own end-to-end ML project deployment, from requirement gathering to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of ML models in production.
- Implement quality assurance processes including testing, monitoring, and debugging.
- Work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure.
- Leverage OpenTelemetry tools for monitoring and observability of deployed AI systems.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and deployment best practices using CI/CD pipelines.
What We're Looking For
- 12 months availability for this paid role, with potential for extension.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML projects and cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of foundational and advanced machine learning techniques, including NLP and deep learning.
- Solid experience developing and deploying LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with RAG workflows, knowledge vectors, and embedding engines (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
- Advanced Python programming skills with a focus on ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
- Proficiency with container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with networking concepts related to AI/cloud deployment (e.g., VPN, subnet, firewalls).
- Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
- Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment automation.
- Familiarity with data engineering processes (e.g., ETL pipelines, data pre-processing workflows).
