Yuma AI is hiring a Senior Fullstack Rails Engineer to focus on AI product development for our orchestration platform. This role is central to fast iteration and delivering value, encompassing product cycles, A/B testing, LLM research, and performance scaling.
What You'll Do
- Handle rapid product iterations, A/B testing, and new feature development
- Conduct LLM research and work on the AI Agents pipeline
- Perform performance optimizations for a high-load platform
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading and building multiple large Rails applications
- Recent, hands-on experience playing with LLMs is mandatory
- You have already adopted AI in your day-to-day tasks
- You are not scared of building with LLMs and managing non-deterministic output
- You are relentless and deeply care about delivering value and ownership
Nice to Have
- You are pragmatic, making trade-offs favoring speed of iteration while maintaining high product quality
- You are driven by delivering the best experience and value to users
- You have a preference for backend projects but are not afraid of frontend work
