Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features that support sales and marketing workflows
- Translate technical product capabilities into customer-facing value propositions
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize GTM-ready functionalities
- Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations for enterprise clients
- Optimize onboarding processes using intelligent automation
- Gather customer feedback to inform product iteration
- Work with data scientists to refine model outputs for business use cases
- Support technical aspects of sales engagements and RFPs
- Create documentation and training materials for internal teams
- Monitor product usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities
- Assist in defining pricing and packaging strategies based on AI utility
- Integrate AI tools with CRM and marketing platforms
- Evaluate third-party AI services for potential integration
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in AI implementations
- Contribute to roadmap planning with a focus on market differentiation
