The Flex Ventures is looking for an AI Engineer to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our systems. You'll build, deploy, and optimize AI-driven tools and models that support our operations, customer experience, automation, and decision-making for a mission to transform the global rental sector.
What You'll Do
- Build and train machine learning models for use cases like pricing optimization and Property Management Tools.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features (e.g., GPT APIs) into internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Leverage AI to automate repetitive internal tasks, enhance support, and improve user experience.
- Package and deploy models into production using modern MLOps tools and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to identify and implement impactful AI opportunities.
- Ensure reproducibility, versioning, and continuous improvement of all AI models and pipelines.
