The Flex Ventures is hiring an AI Engineer to drive the integration of artificial intelligence across our platforms. You will build and optimize AI tools that enhance operations, customer experience, and decision-making, playing a key role in transforming the global rental sector.
What You'll Do
- Build and train machine learning models for use cases like pricing optimization and property management tools.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Leverage AI to automate repetitive internal tasks, enhance support, and improve user experience.
- Package and deploy models into production using modern MLOps tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to identify and implement impactful AI opportunities.
- Ensure reproducibility, versioning, and continuous improvement of all AI models and pipelines.
