As an AI Engineer at Sopra Steria, you will join the AI & Analytics team and contribute to innovative projects using generative AI to build solutions that deliver real value to clients. You will collaborate with customers and multidisciplinary teams, leveraging modern cloud technologies to drive impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement AI solutions on modern cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
- Work with technologies like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and develop domain-specific AI agents
- Engage closely with customer operations to ensure the solutions built create real value
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing AI solutions, e.g., LLM and RAG, on platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience with Python or other relevant programming languages
- Interest in systems development and ability to work closely with business operations
- Fluent spoken and written skills in both Swedish and English
Nice to Have
- Experience in advanced analytics and Data Science, e.g., statistical modeling and machine learning
- Experience in classical Business Intelligence, from data management in Data Warehouse and relational databases to data modeling and visualizations in tools like Power BI
