Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the long-term vision for AI engineering, ensuring alignment with organizational AI and business goals.
- Design and refine scalable AI architectures that perform efficiently in high-volume production settings.
- Oversee full-cycle deployment of machine learning models, including release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Implement automated workflows, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code standards to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Develop practices for operational rigor, including system monitoring, incident management, root cause investigation, and optimization.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a cross-functional engineering team, promoting innovation, responsibility, and collective ownership.
