About the Role
You will design, implement, and optimize AI models that power voice-driven healthcare tools, ensuring robust performance and clinical relevance in real-world settings.
Responsibilities
- Design and train machine learning models for speech and language processing
- Optimize AI pipelines for low-latency, high-accuracy performance
- Collaborate with clinical experts to align technical solutions with medical needs
- Implement model evaluation frameworks compliant with healthcare standards
- Deploy AI systems in secure, scalable cloud environments
- Monitor model behavior and performance in production settings
- Iterate on models using real-world user feedback and clinical data
- Contribute to data annotation strategies and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI components into products
- Document model development processes and technical decisions
- Stay current with advancements in AI and healthcare technology
- Support the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for new features
- Troubleshoot issues across the AI and backend infrastructure
- Participate in defining product direction based on technical feasibility
