Responsibilities
- Spot brilliant work in one team and get it in front of everyone else.
- Cross-pollinate between teams in technology practices (Service Lines) to break silos and help teams connect and learn from each other.
- Build a keen understanding of what people need most from service line communities: skills, practical experience, and day-to-day client work struggles.
- Make internal service line sessions the must-not-miss event of the week rather than a boring meeting.
- Work with experts to build practical materials people actually use: playbooks, hands-on exercises, recorded demos and walkthroughs.
- Rethink how people learn and bring a real learning/change management perspective to ensure learning sticks.
- Drive the roadshows; proactively push teams to run sessions when they deliver something great.
- Track what's landing, what people are actually using, and where the gaps are, then feed it back into future content.
- Keep momentum alive and turn upskilling from a chore into something people chase.
- Get under the hood and build up your own expertise around platforms like Appian, UiPath, and agentic AI to explain them yourself.
Requirements
- High energy, and it’s contagious. People move when you are in the room.
- Technical enough to judge. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can follow how things are built, ask sharp questions, and assess complexity, quality, and novelty.
- A connector. You make people feel included and get them talking to each other.
- A driver, not a coordinator. You don’t wait for a brief; you create one.
- Organised underneath the energy, you keep things running when the novelty wears off.
- Confident running sessions and workshops, virtual and in person.
- A genuine believer in AI, and hands-on with it: you use these tools daily and have built something real.
Nice to Have
- Experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and working with remote teams.
- Delivering soft-skills, technology-skills, and/or technical or systems training.
- Hands-on familiarity with the platforms we deliver on – Appian, UiPath, Celonis, and modern AI/agentic tools – or the ability to get up to speed fast.
