Success Tutoring is hiring an AI App Developer to join our team. In this AI-focused Full-Stack Developer role, you will build web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools. You will work directly with leadership to turn ideas into production-ready software quickly using modern development frameworks and backend infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Develop web and mobile applications using modern frameworks
Use AI tools such as Claude to generate, review, and debug code
Build backend systems using Firebase
Integrate payment systems using Stripe
Maintain repositories and version control using GitHub
Work with product and leadership teams to prototype and launch new features
Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready
Rapidly iterate on new ideas and product improvements

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
Experience building backend systems or APIs
Experience working with Git workflows
Ability to build and deploy production-ready applications
Strong problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude
