Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for delivering new AI agent implementations, guiding each from initial customer requirements to live production deployment.
- Manage each rollout like a product launch, defining scope, balancing tradeoffs, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Define and communicate the customer-facing rollout plan, including feature priorities, sequence, and rationale.
- Collect input directly from clients and convert it into functional agent behavior using internal tools, including prompts, logic rules, and multi-agent coordination.
- Perform direct prompt engineering to develop core agent components such as dialogue paths, decision frameworks, exception handling, and system integrations.
- Build and deploy AI agents capable of managing complex healthcare workflows, including appointment scheduling, patient data context, EMR integration, and clinic-specific scenarios.
- Improve agent effectiveness over time using structured performance evaluations, real call analysis, and feedback from users.
- Lead the rollout of novel workflows, integrations, or use cases where no prior process exists.
- Surface potential risks early, take steps to mitigate them, and make strategic decisions to keep projects on schedule.
- Define and prioritize new platform features needed for deployments, working closely with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Conversational Design and Customer Engineering teams throughout implementation.
- Define integration requirements in partnership with Customer Engineering.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about status, risks, and decisions.
- Remove obstacles that block deployment progress.
- Recognize recurring patterns across implementations and document them into reusable processes.
- Determine when custom workflows or integrations are mature enough to transition from initial development to ongoing operations.
- Transfer validated solutions to implementation teams and shift focus to new, uncharted challenges.
