Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is looking for an AGM-Volte to own the operational reliability and performance of the IMS Core (VoLTE) network within the Gujarat circle. In this critical onsite role, you will manage a suite of core elements including SBC, TAS, CFX, iNUM, MRFP, and MGCF to deliver seamless voice-over-LTE services.

What You'll Do

Ensure 99.999% uptime for all VoLTE Network Elements (SBC, TAS, CFX, iNUM) and the overall service.
Restore outages or emergencies in the shortest possible time, minimizing service impact through workarounds or temporary traffic diversions.
Take immediate action on all hardware, software faults, and alarms, and drive preventive maintenance tasks.
Follow up on Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and implement or suggest action plans to prevent fault recurrence.
Ensure repair of all hardware, including Cloud & Cloud IP infrastructure, within Turn-Around Time (TAT) with zero RNP cards.
Maintain 100% redundancy and resiliency for all core nodes and their connectivity, reviewing periodically and suggesting required changes.
Ensure 100% compliance with core node backup policies and guarantee backup availability for emergency handling.
Implement optimal and efficient routing for all call types as per design specifications.
Address all customer complaints related to VoLTE and VoLTE roaming, conducting detailed investigations and providing proper resolutions.
Ensure accurate implementation of all changes, judge their impact, and perform pre/post-service confirmation with KPI tracking and impact analysis.
Drive software version and patch upgrades for core nodes and conduct new feature testing.
Extend support to central teams for new rollouts, including software upgrades and technical testing.
Align field resources for on-site activities related to VoLTE platform hardware and new feature testing.
Monitor all core KPIs, including SBC metrics (RSR, SRVCC SR, % SRVCC, Packet loss), TAS metrics (CSSR, RSR, CST, %TADS, SRVCC SR, ASR), CFX metrics (RSR), and all TAS Clear Codes and SIP Errors.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in operations and maintenance of IMS Core (VoLTE) network elements.
Deep expertise in managing SBC, TAS, CFX, iNUM, MRFP, and MGCF platforms.
Strong track record in ensuring high availability (99.999% uptime) and rapid incident restoration.
Experience in hardware repair, change management, and software upgrade processes for telecom core networks.
Ability to analyze KPIs, drive preventive actions, and ensure network redundancy and compliance.
