Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to client needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems
- Conduct data preprocessing, and automate tasks
- Test and optimize ML algorithms
- Address technical challenges
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI technologies
Requirements
- Experience with Agentic programming, Agents development using Microsoft technologies, or OpenAI
- Proficiency in machine learning technologies, models, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and proficiency in using AI/ML libraries
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and maintaining data quality
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutions
- Knowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for enhanced performance
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment

- Experience working with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantage
