ALDO Group is hiring an Aerial Lineman to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside experienced Linemen to install and maintain fiber and telecom lines, ensuring reliable connectivity for communities.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation and prompt repair of overhead fiber and telecom cables.
- Safely operate equipment including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
- Use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws effectively.
- Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow around job sites.
- Work safely at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
- Be available to travel for storm response on short notice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- A High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- A valid state driver's license (non-provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to Have
- Previous construction experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Technical Stack
- Equipment: Bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
- Tools: Wrenches, drills, saws, climbing hooks, ladders.
