Oracle America, Inc. is looking for an Advanced Services Engineer to deliver expert post-sales support and solutions. In this role, you will act as an advocate for customer needs, resolving their most complex and critical technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base.
- Serve as an advocate for customer needs.
- Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Resolve technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services.
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support.
- Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
- Solve extremely complex, often previously unknown, critical customer issues.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees.
