Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of electronic security system installations from project initiation through final delivery
- Manage coordination between field technicians, subcontractors, and client representatives to meet project timelines and milestones
- Perform site evaluations, material quantity assessments, and confirm system designs align with client specifications and company standards
- Keep accurate project records, including daily logs, change documentation, and client communications
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during installation and system activation phases
- Install, configure, test, and resolve issues with access control systems from platforms such as Software House, Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, and Brivo
- Install, program, test, and troubleshoot CCTV and IP-based video surveillance systems including Axis and Milestone
- Deploy, configure, and maintain intrusion detection panels and networked intercom systems
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians in advanced diagnostics and field procedures
- Ensure all installations comply with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and equipment manufacturer requirements
- Perform final quality checks, validate system functionality, and finalize commissioning paperwork
- Adhere to organizational safety policies and site-specific client protocols
- Track and maintain tools, materials, and vehicle inventory

Team
Field-based position combining hands-on technical leadership and project ownership; responsible for managing field staff, subcontractors, and client interactions. Reports to Regional Director, Titan Electronics
