goodhood is looking for an AdTech- & Yield-Manager:in (m/w/d) to manage complex AdTech projects from conception to go-live and strategically develop our AdTech landscape. You'll work in a social startup creating a product with real value for the community.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for complex AdTech projects from conception to go-live with a focus on stability, performance, and timeline.
- Optimize the AdTech stack around Google Ad Manager 360 and Prebid (client- & server-side) in both web and app environments.
- Continuously monitor and optimize technical processes in Ad Serving for smooth delivery, high ad quality, and maximum monetization.
- Work closely with product, sales, data, and development teams to implement innovative monetization approaches.
- Technically integrate new SSPs, PMP deals, and demand partners and support the onboarding process.
- Strategically develop the AdTech landscape, including new formats, smart targeting, or privacy-compliant setups.
- Use KPIs like eCPMs, fill rates, and viewability as tools for targeted optimization.
- Test new tools, technologies, and trends, from cookieless targeting to Ad Verification.
- Implement regulations like GDPR, TCF 2.2, and CMPs cleanly and confidently.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the AdTech/AdOps area, ideally on the publisher or advertiser side.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ad Manager 360 and Header Bidding (Prebid.js / Server).
- Experience with debugging and monitoring, ideally in both web and app environments.
- Strong expertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, Deals, AdExchange, OpenRTB).
- Interest in First-Party Data strategies and cookieless technologies.
- Good knowledge of regulatory data protection fundamentals.
- A structured and analytical working style.
Nice to Have
- Experience in monetizing native apps is a strong plus.
