Cashlink Technologies GmbH is looking for a Junior Compliance Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. You will support the compliance department in its daily tasks, focusing on anti-money laundering, MaRisk, and outsourcing management. Our goal is to create more open access to capital to realize more successful ideas.
What You'll Do
- Support the compliance team in daily business, particularly in anti-money laundering, MaRisk compliance, and outsourcing management.
- Conduct KYC checks and transaction monitoring, including related research on customers and business partners.
- Perform control activities according to anti-money laundering and compliance audit plans.
- Help further develop existing processes and adapt them to new regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage training measures and work closely with internal departments.
- Support the compliance team in project work related to the implementation of regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance within the banking and/or finance industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements from banking supervisory law, the Money Laundering Act, and BaFin requirements.
- Analytical thinking skills and characterized by high diligence and a sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English at negotiation level in spoken and written form.
- Residence in Germany.
Nice to Have
- Interest in regulatory developments in the finance or crypto sector.
- Affinity for crypto securities or stablecoins and initial experience with blockchain technology.
