About the Role

Equip Health is hiring an Admissions Inquiry Representative I to serve as a key point of contact for patients and families seeking care. You will manage inbound inquiries, provide program information, and guide interested individuals through the initial stages of the admissions process.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and web forms, providing live information.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently while routing inquiries to appropriate internal departments.
  • Collect patient information and accurately input data into various platforms and systems.
  • Schedule patient screening appointments and conduct reminder calls.
  • Resolve patient requests effectively, managing complex issues with high attention to customer experience.
  • Encourage interested families and patients to move forward in the admissions process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a call center representative, customer service representative, and/or patient scheduling.
  • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume inbound call management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
  • An organized and results-driven work style.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment subject to rapid change and innovation.
