ITV PLC is looking for an Active Directory Engineer to join the Workplace Technology team. You will play a key role in managing our core identity infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security while supporting the delivery of our technology strategy and roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain identity services including Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses.
- Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, and permissions.
- Support the resolution of system incidents, problems, and changes.
- Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to complex problems by assessing impact and priority.
- Ensure maintenance, patching, operation, and monitoring of IAM systems are completed.
- Work closely with operational teams, Cyber Security, and Application Owners on operational management and roadmap development for identity services.
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate with the business to drive process improvements through automation.
- Identify strategic opportunities for improvement and optimization of Identity Management based on industry trends and business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AD configurations, processes, and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex identity, access, and authentication issues.
- Experience with the operational management, maintenance, and monitoring of IAM systems.
- Ability to analyze system design weaknesses and recommend effective solutions.
- Skill in creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Team & Environment
You'll be part of the Workplace Technology department, reporting to the Head of Workplace Technology. The role involves working collaboratively with other Workplace Technology teams to promote core technologies, share learnings, and support strategic delivery.

This is a hybrid position based in our London, White City office.
