Central Group is hiring an Accounting Team Leader to manage and implement policy development for the organization's accounting activities. You will control overall accounting operations and financial resources, ensuring alignment with regulations and reporting requirements to effectively support business operations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage overall accounting operations, including cost accounting, account reconciliation, and general ledger completion.
- Analyze data to set up the annual budget and define directions for accounting operations.
- Examine, verify, and analyze accounting information to prepare statements for financial decision-making.
- Provide technical accounting advice to support the development of revenue and expense budgets.
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in accounting operations.
- Participate in planning and manage assessment and improvement initiatives within the department.
- Control the creation of summary reports on accounting operations for supervisor review and team performance improvement.
- Advise and develop subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- 1-3 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge in accounting, finance, or mathematics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Thai and English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively.
