Join a globally focused property management team in a full-time remote role that values precision, consistency, and professional accountability. As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across a diverse portfolio of international properties.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile incoming payments from major booking platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
- Generate and distribute accurate owner statements on schedule
- Keep financial records up to date in QuickBooks Online with a high standard of accuracy
- Support payroll processing for team members and verify related transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Review financial data for inconsistencies and take corrective action
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Use screen recording and sharing tools to document work and communicate progress
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and digital financial systems
- Strong grasp of reconciliation processes and accounting fundamentals
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct oversight
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated, professional workspace
- Familiarity with screen recording tools for documentation and communication
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. You must be able to commit to at least 40 hours per week and be located in Pakistan to align with operational needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly compensation is set at $500. The role offers structured work hours to support work-life balance and provides exposure to a growing international property portfolio spanning over 200 properties across 10 countries and nearly 30 cities.
