Corzly is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our remote team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting and bookkeeping experience who is comfortable handling reconciliations, owner statements, payroll support, and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced virtual environment.
What You'll Do
- Reconcile payments received from platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other internal systems
- Prepare and send accurate owner statements to clients
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with payroll-related tasks for team members
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
- Review records for discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
- Support internal financial reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks
- Follow company financial procedures and maintain compliance with internal standards
- Use screen recording and screen sharing tools to communicate updates and document completed work
- Work closely with the team to support smooth financial operations across the business
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of reconciliations, financial records, and basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
- Comfortable using screen recording tools for communication and accountability
