Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounting systems with accurate data input, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring correct invoicing and payment monitoring.
- Process payroll and related liabilities on time, keeping detailed and accurate records.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and uphold general ledger accuracy.
- Generate and deliver monthly financial reports and management summaries.
- Communicate with clients to resolve financial inquiries and support supplier relations.
- Adhere to internal financial controls and meet deadlines for payments and financial statements.
- Keep financial records precise and aligned with Australian accounting standards.
- Compile and submit financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax representatives as required.
- Utilize accounting software including Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office for efficient operations.
