EX Squared is hiring an Account Partner to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to a portfolio of enterprise clients. In this role, you will help clients maximize value from advanced R&D-focused software solutions, operating at the intersection of sales, customer success, and long-term account strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from growth planning to renewal.
- Build lasting executive relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients.
- Drive revenue expansion and customer satisfaction within your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in a dynamic, international environment.

- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue expansion.
- Strong ability to build strategic, trusted relationships with executive-level clients.
- Experience owning the full customer lifecycle, from growth to renewal.
- Demonstrated skill collaborating cross-functionally in an international environment.
- Ability to operate as a strategic advisor focused on maximizing client value.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position requiring you to be based in and legally eligible to work from the Republic of Lithuania. You will work in a global, international team context.
