About the Role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support resolution of service-related issues
  • Develop understanding of client business goals
  • Propose tailored solutions based on client needs
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews
  • Ensure timely delivery of service milestones
  • Stay informed about product updates and roadmap
  • Facilitate client feedback to product teams
  • Support client training and adoption initiatives
  • Monitor contract compliance and service terms
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement
  • Coordinate with billing and finance teams as needed
  • Manage client communications during service changes
  • Contribute to account strategy development
  • Support cross-selling initiatives when appropriate
  • Maintain professional and responsive client interactions
