Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, moving beyond a 'vendor' status to become a trusted advisor who understands their unique pain points.
- Drive Growth: You’ll be the engine of Quorum’s revenue expansion, finding and closing opportunities to bring more of our solutions to the organizations that need them.
- Retention & Turnarounds: You take pride in 'saving' high-risk clients and turning them into loyal brand advocates who provide references and referrals.
- Voice of the Customer: You’ll bridge the gap between our users and our Product/Engineering teams, ensuring that client feedback directly influences our roadmap.
- AI-Forward Strategy: Leverage AI tools to synthesize account performance and automate reporting, allowing you more time to focus on high-value strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within the SaaS space, with a proven track record of hitting revenue and retention targets.
Nice to Have
- You are confident leading Executive Business Reviews with C-Suite leaders and can translate complex software features into measurable business impact.
- You establish rapport with ease—whether in-person or online—and naturally channel empathy into effective client advocacy.
- You love teaching people how technology can solve their everyday problems and make their professional lives better.
- You’re excited by the opportunity to impact politics and public affairs; perhaps you’ve worked on a campaign or are a self-proclaimed 'news junkie'.
