About the Role

Smava GmbH is looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive the growth of our AI-supported SaaS product. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from acquisition to closing, with a focus on international expansion and developing existing customer relationships within our ambitious, fast-growing start-up environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial approach to closing.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline focusing on international expansion.
  • Develop and implement account strategies in close coordination with management and the product team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate with C-level decision-makers.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze your sales activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven success in closing deals.
  • Familiarity with strategic sales methods such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers.
  • Native English speaker or excellent English proficiency for pitching and negotiating.
  • Living in Europe with work permission for Germany or open to relocate to Germany.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the AI or software sector.
  • Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches.
