Smava GmbH is looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive the growth of our AI-supported SaaS product. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from acquisition to closing, with a focus on international expansion and developing existing customer relationships within our ambitious, fast-growing start-up environment.
What You'll Do
- Own responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial approach to closing.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline focusing on international expansion.
- Develop and implement account strategies in close coordination with management and the product team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate with C-level decision-makers.
- Use CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze your sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven success in closing deals.
- Familiarity with strategic sales methods such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
- Ability to explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers.
- Native English speaker or excellent English proficiency for pitching and negotiating.
- Living in Europe with work permission for Germany or open to relocate to Germany.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the AI or software sector.
- Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches.
