Omni Analytics is hiring an Account Executive (L1–L2)

About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, understanding customer needs, and positioning solutions that align with those needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative selling and thrives in a target-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements
  • Present tailored solutions that address customer challenges
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Participate in product training and sales enablement sessions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Adapt communication style to different client personas
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve sales approach
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation initiatives
  • Provide input on product development based on market needs
  • Manage a high volume of leads efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
