Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with BIM models in a production, coordination, estimating, or VDC capacity
- Experience on large-scale, technically complex projects (data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)
- Ability to understand model structure, parameters, categories, and modeling logic
- Advanced Excel skills for quantity analysis, exports, and validation
- English proficiency B1 or higher
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-BIM stakeholders
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple models, packages, and deadlines in parallel
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with Assemble
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows

- This role is not limited to a single project and involves ongoing collaboration based on business needs.
- You will provide services as an independent business entity under a formal independent contractor agreement.
- This engagement is strictly as an independent contractor. You will not be eligible for any employee benefits, and we will not withhold taxes, provide insurance(s), or make contributions to social security/pensions on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with all tax and labor obligations in your country of residence. A formal independent contractor agreement will be required before work begins, governed by Texas, United States law.
