Nacar is looking for an AI Image Creator to join our creative team. You will generate scroll-stopping still imagery—including product hero shots, social ads, banner assets, and mood-board concepts—using advanced diffusion models.
What You'll Do
- Generate and refine product imagery with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Stable Diffusion XL, or Firefly, aligning with brand guidelines
- Develop prompt libraries and style guides that allow rapid turnarounds on seasonal campaigns
- Partner with copy, growth, and UX teams to deliver cohesive ad sets that boost CTR and CVR
- Composite AI renders with real photography when needed; manage retouching and color-grading pipelines
- Track performance data to prioritize winning visual directions and eliminate creative fatigue
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years creating e-commerce or performance ad imagery; a strong portfolio is required
- Deep familiarity with at least one leading text-to-image model and upscaling workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic 3D or HDRI lighting concepts
- Ability to translate brand voice into visuals and iterate based on marketing data
- Self-starter comfortable juggling multiple briefs in a rapid-test environment
Nice to Have
- Experience building custom diffusion LoRAs or ControlNet pipelines
- Basic video skills to animate stills into cinemagraphs or short loops
- Familiarity with DAM systems and prompt-to-asset automation scripts
