Nacar is hiring a Junior Video Editor to join our growing content team. You will assist in editing and producing engaging video content across multiple channels, working closely with senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets.
- Assist in color correction, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and storyboard new video ideas.
- Adapt existing content into different formats optimized for platform requirements.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders quickly and effectively.
- Stay current on video trends and recommend fresh ideas to improve engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional video editing experience or strong internship experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing editing skills and creative eye.
Nice to Have
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience editing for paid media campaigns or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with color grading and audio enhancement.
