At BT, we're looking for a 3rd Line Engineering Professional to deliver technical support and managed services for customers using Data Services technologies around the clock. You will own the technical delivery model and relationship with internal supplier resolver teams, maintaining service throughout the contract lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Assess new in-life complex change requirements, including impact on existing service and infrastructure, and provide technical concurrence.
- Own and implement configuration changes to the supported infrastructure.
- Attend customer change advisory board sessions as necessary and provide guidance on technical areas.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years working within a systems integrator support environment as a highly skilled technical engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of EMS products, customer IT systems and applications.
- Possesses a deep level technical knowledge of Data Services technologies and associated management applications.
- Have strong service improvement and service transformation skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of working history for the purpose of Security Clearance.
Nice to Have
- Experience of working across the service lifecycle, supporting and costing bids as a subject matter expert.
