This role involves serving as a technical specialist for HP StoreServ (3PAR) storage platforms during a short-term, one-month engagement focused on knowledge transfer and legacy environment assessment. The engineer will work alongside the customer’s operations team, delivering hands-on expertise in 3PAR technologies including Adaptive Optimization, Dynamic Optimization, and Remote Copy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical extension of the customer’s infrastructure team
- Deliver expert-level support and insights on HP StoreServ (3PAR) and NetApp storage systems
- Guide configuration and deployment of storage solutions following industry best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the full 3PAR environment
- Establish operational templates and recommended procedures for ongoing management
- Train team members on system functionality, optimization techniques, and monitoring
- Support implementation of operational workflows aligned with proven standards
Qualifications
Applicants must have 5–8 years of experience with enterprise storage systems and demonstrate deep proficiency with HP StoreServ (3PAR), including Adaptive Optimization, Dynamic Optimization, and Remote Copy features. Expertise in NetApp platforms is required. Candidates should have a track record of designing and deploying storage solutions using best practices, maintaining detailed technical records, and delivering user training. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
Preference will be given to candidates located on the east coast to align with project coordination needs.
