Joyteractive is looking for a 2D / AI Artist (Outsource) to create visual content for our mobile puzzle and casual games on iOS and Android. You will join our team of 80+ professionals in producing the artwork that defines our games.
What You'll Do
- Create 2D illustrations and textures for 3D objects
- Adapt and prepare artworks for application on 3D models
- Deliver content in small daily batches to support active development
- Collaborate closely with the lead artist to match the project's style and vision
- Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT) to accelerate content production
- Work with task trackers like Trello or Asana to manage assignments
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a 2D Artist or Illustrator in game development
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 2D illustrations
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Ability to balance quality with speed and optimize your workflow
- Basic understanding of how 2D content integrates with 3D models
- Responsibility, the ability to work independently, and a track record of meeting deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted content generation
- Familiarity with the casual or puzzle game art style
- Strong knowledge of art asset technical preparation and optimization
