ClinChoice is hiring a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer Consultant to provide technical leadership and oversight for statistical programming deliverables in oncology clinical trials. This is a client-facing, remote role requiring independent work and high-trust relationships with client counterparts, supporting our mission to contribute to a healthier and safer world.

What You'll Do

Provide oversight and development of CDISC-compliant datasets (SDTMs/ADaMs), including clear documentation.
Generate and review SDTM mapping specifications, annotated CRFs, ADaM specifications, define.XML documents, and reviewers’ guides per CDISC and FDA standards.
Account for oversight of statistical programming deliverables for both in-house and outsourced projects.
Provide technical leadership, solve problems of moderate to high complexity, and deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines.
Independently develop SAS or other programs and specifications for production of output to support study needs.
Oversee and manage the work of other junior programmers.
Develop and validate standard macros to automate output production.
Adhere to company SOPs and department guidelines while working concurrently on multiple projects.
Troubleshoot technical and project issues.
Help with the infrastructure development of the department.
Communicate effectively with internal cross-functional groups and external partners.

What We're Looking For

BS/BA degree in a related discipline.
At least 8–10 years of experience in statistical programming with clinical data and SAS.
Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is required.
Strong SAS programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Stat, and SAS/Macros.
Strong R proficiency required.
CDISC proficiency required.
Knowledge of appropriate regulations, industry standards, and guidance documents.
Good interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional groups and external partners.
