Nearsure seeks a Senior C# Engineer to develop B2B SaaS solutions hosted on PaaS services like Azure or AWS. You will build applications and services primarily using React and .NET, design system architecture, mentor team members, and ensure optimal platform performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop applications and services using React and .NET hosted on Azure or AWS PaaS offerings.
• Design architecture through diagrams and technical design documents.
• Mentor team members with regular feedback on architecture, documentation, and code quality.
• Interpret functional and non-functional requirements to implement reliable software solutions.
• Build, test, and maintain applications and services in various environments.
• Estimate and plan work via user stories and tasks.
• Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimize behavior.
• Determine operational feasibility by analyzing problems, defining requirements, and proposing solutions.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures.
• Update your knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Support and develop software engineers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
• Grow engineering teams by participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.
• Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
• Understand business needs and create tools to manage them.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• 5+ years of experience working with React.
• 5+ years of experience building products and services with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET C# and .NET 6 or later.
• Experience mentoring associates through mid-level developers.
• Experience with microservices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or Couchbase preferred).
• Advanced English level is required, as you will work with US clients.
