Voxidea is hiring a Korean-Speaking Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for leads and clients seeking legal services. In this fully remote role, you will guide individuals toward appropriate assistance by collecting information, scheduling consultations, and managing administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
- Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
- Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Bilingual fluency in English (C1 or higher) and Korean, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanent residence in Latin America.
- Ownership of a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background.
