Voxidea is hiring an Intake Specialist fluent in English and Mandarin to be the welcoming first point of contact for leads and clients. In this fully remote role, you will guide individuals toward appropriate legal resources and manage the critical administrative tasks of the client intake process.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads via phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
- Collect key information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can assist.
- Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
- Complete legal forms and manage detailed records of customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
- Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanent residence in Latin America.
- Ownership of a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.

Work Mode
