Trexo Robotics designs robotic mobility devices for children with disabilities, enabling them to experience over-the-ground walking. The company was founded out of a personal experience when co-founder Manmeet Maggu sought a solution for his nephew, Praneit, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
The Trexo device was developed to help children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, muscular dystrophy, stroke, brain injury, and other neuromuscular disorders. It is designed to be used both at home and in clinical settings, offering adjustable support tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Through collaboration with children, parents, and physical therapists, Trexo Robotics continuously improves its technology. The company’s mission is to create devices that physical therapists trust, parents can afford, and children love, focusing on long-term health benefits and mobility.
