<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>As a Junior GTM Engineer, you'll lead client projects alongside our lead consultants, building signal-based outbound pipelines for B2B DACH clients with mid-high touch sales motions. You'll architect automation systems using tools like Clay, Smartlead, and Lemlist.</p>
<p>Important: We are not looking for someone who builds large lists for mass outbound, but primarily small, precise lists of the total addressable market for High-Touch and Dedicated-Touch motions that focus on routing signals rather than automated outreach.</p>
<ul>
<li>TAM Sourcing: Accurate sourcing of total addressable markets (TAM), including accounts and buyer personas based on clear requirement inputs</li>
<li>Campaign Operationalization & Monitoring: Design and operationalize campaigns based on the Total Addressable Market, including signal routing and lead qualification workflows</li>
<li>Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign health, A/B test messaging, and optimize based on performance data (e.g., open/reply rates, meeting rates, pipeline attribution)</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Clay and outbound tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with list building using Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and AI Agents</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for content personalization and data enrichment</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong English communication skills</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to Have</p>
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of RevOps and GTM strategies</li>
<li>Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data hygiene practices</li>
<li>Proficiency with automation platforms (Make.com, N8n, Zapier)</li>
<li>Experience with API integrations and webhooks</li>
<li>B2B SaaS experience</li>
<li>Builder mindset with proven side projects or tool builds</li>
<li>Strong German communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with intent data platforms and sales intelligence tools</li>
