We have an unmatched international perspective for a purposefully small team, with Global North and South co-founders and staff on three continents. Plus over 500 partners in 62 countries so far.
We’re a catalyst between grantees and grantmakers — sparking insights and understanding by guiding both sides as partners. And we focus exclusively on the growth and early stage.
Our leadership team has founded, run, or turned around six small businesses. We started our careers in the private sector, spending decades working on the world’s most iconic brands. Now we favor the underdogs.
