Coworked was born out of the tension between the strategic promise of project management and its administrative reality. Founded by Shawn Harris, Ravi Linganuri, and Dr. Sulak Soysa, the company brings together deep experience in enterprise project management, AI research, and technology leadership. Harmony emerged from a vision to reimagine project management: a headless-AI, agentic coworker that operates within existing systems and handles coordination, follow-through, and project operations work.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a global team, Coworked believes project managers should be project leaders, not clerks. Harmony is designed to take care of the admin grind so human teams can focus on leadership and strategy.
