Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) started as a collaboration amongst Planned Parenthood affiliates in 2017 as a way to combine the structure of a managed services organization with a clinically integrated network. Our goal is for patients and staff navigating a post-Roe world to benefit from standardization of processes and workflows, enhanced quality, and robust reporting.
