We’re hiring a People & Culture Business Partner to join one of the most dynamic global tech startups on the rise. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned HR professional in Saudi Arabia who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to grow into a regional or global role over time.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, helping shape and scale people operations, culture, and compliance across the Saudi market β€” while contributing to global HR programs and initiatives. The role blends strategic advisory, hands-on execution, and culture building β€” ideal for someone ready to punch above their title and grow with the business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to HR advisor for Saudi-based leadership and teams, supporting workforce growth and people operations.
  • Localize and implement global HR policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws (GOSI, Nitaqat, etc.).
  • Partner with global People & Culture team to roll out core programs (onboarding, performance, learning, engagement).
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job design, screening, offers, and onboarding of new hires in Saudi Arabia.
  • Champion our culture and values by organizing internal events, feedback loops, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and processes are running smoothly.
  • Support people analytics, reporting, and tracking key workforce KPIs.

  • 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in tech, startups, or high-growth companies.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and modern HR practices.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with all levels of the business.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English β€” written and spoken.
  • A natural problem solver with a bias for action and a high standard of excellence.
