Responsibilities

Analyzes, develops, modifies, installs, tests, and maintains core operating system software components.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of systems programming, control languages, and graphical interface design.
Assesses third-party software solutions and advises IT leadership on suitable implementations.
Adjusts and troubleshoots software utilities provided by vendors.
Updates, deploys, and documents technical specifications for system-level applications.
Identifies, isolates, and resolves software defects through systematic debugging methods.
Tracks system performance and capacity, implements disaster recovery plans, and delivers intermediate-level technical support.
