Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end workplace technology, including corporate IT service delivery, setting standards, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with vendors.
- Lead and grow your team by line-managing a direct report in Europe, coaching them, conducting one-on-ones and reviews, and coordinating coverage across time zones for consistent office support.
- Manage the device fleet by administering Microsoft Intune and Windows systems, and handling the full asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
- Control access and identity by managing provisioning and deprovisioning, conducting access reviews, and ensuring clean and compliant access for Azure AD, AWS, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Manage vendors and licensing by owning vendor relationships and software licensing, running Jira-based request workflows, and coordinating with finance on billing and renewals for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Keep infrastructure running by managing Wi-Fi, supporting corporate networks with the infrastructure team, and maintaining AV and meeting room technology.
