Responsibilities
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR and hiring teams, ensuring timely setup of devices, accounts, and role-specific access to enable immediate productivity and secure deprovisioning.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT hardware, working with employees and vendors to manage procurement, setup, maintenance, returns, and inventory, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain and enhance key workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian tools, and device management systems through collaboration with engineering and business units to ensure reliable, secure access.
- Provide frontline IT support across the organization by diagnosing and resolving daily technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to remove work impediments efficiently.
- Enhance workplace IT operations by partnering with HR, Compliance, and Technology Foundations to document processes, optimize service desk procedures, and automate routine tasks for greater efficiency.
- Partner with Compliance, ICT Risk, and Technology Foundations to enforce access controls, device compliance policies, and workplace security standards to meet regulatory requirements and safeguard company data.

- Flexible working hours with common availability between 12:00 and 16:00 to facilitate team collaboration.
