About the Role
The role involves delivering hands-on IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of internal IT systems while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for internal staff
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist in setting up workstations and IT equipment
- Maintain user accounts and access permissions
- Support onboarding of new team members with IT setup
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Assist in managing IT inventory and assets
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Support software installation and updates
- Participate in IT projects and process improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed
- Ensure compliance with data security policies
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Contribute to internal knowledge base development
Compensation
Paid hourly wage for working student position
