Endress+Hauser, a family-run world leader in measurement technology for process automation, is looking for a Working Student in Marketing Solutions & Projects with a focus on Software and IT. In this role, you will support the Marketing Solutions & Projects area within Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis by actively contributing to the development and quality assurance of automation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute system tests for automation solutions, analyzing technical specifications, deriving structured test plans, executing tests, and documenting results.
- Test software components using modern test frameworks like Robot Framework to continuously improve software quality.
- Create simulations for the further development of automation solutions, modeling real processes with tools like SIMBA to analyze system behavior and optimize products.
- Develop your own tools and optimize existing software solutions to simplify daily work, bringing in ideas and creating small support applications.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Software Development, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Solid programming skills in a high-level language, such as Python or C.
- A systematic, careful work approach with the ability to document results clearly.
- Very good English language skills.
- Initiative and enjoyment in contributing your own ideas or developing small tools to simplify daily work.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is advantageous.
